At CARE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS CENTER, we believe every animal—whether abandoned, abused, or at-risk—deserves safety, medical care, and a loving future. Through hands-on rescue work and community partnerships, we’re building a more compassionate world, starting in Hesperia and beyond.
